It should come as no surprise after Virginia Tech looked like the favorite following his March visit to Blacksburg, but Baltimore GIlman 2021 defensive end Mattheus Carroll is still high on the Hokies.

He has officially trimmed his list of options to 10 schools, and VT is right in the hunt:
