The excitement in the Transfer Portal has died down a bit - at least in terms of outgoings. Time to evaluate the meaning for the Hokies' program of some departures.

The eligibility chart
On the bright side for the Hokies, all of last season's contributors have remaining eligibility, as do a number of Dickson's fellow backups. While there may be some other attrition (either through the Portal or NFL entry, or simply some guys not wanting to play out their full eligibility), the OL room is finally being filled out after a hollowing by the previous coaching staff.
