It took Noah Clark, a Class of 2026 defensive lineman of C.E. Jordan High School in Durham, N.C., three trips to Blacksburg before he finally earned his offer from Virginia Tech.

The 6-foot-3, 300-pound defender made the 200-mile trek twice for summer showcase camps in June and July and for third time for the Hokies' big rivalry bout with N.C. State last November.
