Although this feels like a last-minute offer, Virginia Tech is the closest Power-5 (and one of the closest overall) programs to enter the mix. While he's a bit of a developmental prospect, that's the type VT has succeeded with in the past, and Debose plans to take a January official visit, which could see him end up in the class.
