Virginia Tech has offered Everett (Mass.) 2019 defensive back Lewis Cine. Here's a quick look at him.

Florida, Louisville, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Penn State, Tennessee

Although he's a Class of 2019 prospect, Cine isn't early in the process: he has over a dozen power-5 offers, and has taken unofficial visits to several top contenders (including Florida State and Penn State, the former having yet to offer). Obviously VT's reputation for solid defense - especially in the secondary - is a boost in the long run, but VT has its work cut out for it. Getting him on campus is a first step, and one he'll probably be able to work out at some point this Fall.
