Virginia Tech has offered Baltimore St. Frances 2020 defensive end Jordan Toles. Here's a quick look at him.

Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Syracuse

Toles already has a reputation built up a bit more than his classmate Chris Braswell, whom the Hokies also offered yesterday. That means more competition, particularly from Maryland (the local program) and Michigan (where St. Frances coach Biff Poggi was previously a staffer). However, the Hokies have put a lot of effort into getting their name on the tips of the tongue for prospects from the Baltimore-area powerhouse, and will continue to try to be the beneficiary of that school's rise. Getting a group visit to campus this off-season - likely at some point during the basketball season - will be a big step in achieving that end.
