Virginia Tech has offered Baltimore St. Frances 2019 running back Joachim Bangda. Here's a quick look at the player.

Alabama, Maryland, Ohio State, Rutgers, UCLA

VT is hardly first in the door here, but the Hokies are early enough that they'll probably be able to glean an advantage from timing. They're also one of the closest (aside from new thorn-in-side Maryland) bigtime programs to offer, and with the emphasis that Justin Fuente's staff is putting into a solid presence at Baltimore St. Frances, there's a decent chance there will be more connections come Signing Day 2019. Players from the school have consistently visited Blacksburg this offseason, so Bangda should have a chance to make it to campus in the next wave.
