Just a couple days removed from losing a Class of 2017 pledge, Virginia Tech has made up for it in resounding fashion.

Indian Head (Md.) Lackey linebacker Nathan Proctor picked VT during the broadcast of the Under Armour All-America Game this afternoon.

The 6-3, 217-pound Proctor is the No. 28 outside linebacker and No. 7 player in Maryland, and resides just outside the Rivals250. He is commitment No. 19 in the 2017 class, and joins receiver Tahj Capehart as the only four-stars.
