Even though he has yet to take his first recruiting visit to Blacksburg - a status he'll change soon - Tink Kelley knew Virginia Tech was the place for him.

The 5-10, 168-pounder out of Central (S.C.) D.W. Daniel was high on the Orange and Maroon from the moment the coaching staff pulled the trigger on an offer back in July.
