Virginia Tech has invested a lot of time and effort recruiting Brett Clatterbaugh and it paid off for head coach Brent Pry. The four-star linebacker from Culpeper (Va.) Eastern View announced his commitment to the Hokies on Saturday, choosing them over Notre Dame, Georgia, Clemson, and Penn State.
