In January, the Hokies' staff went to visit some of their top prospects and check up on them to see how they are doing. One of those was 2026 offensive tackle Carter Scruggs. He plays at Leesburg (Va.) Loudoun County High School and is viewed as one of the top in-state recruits in his class.
