Breakdown: Virginia Techs July Prospect Camp
Virginia Tech held its second and without a doubt biggest and most important camp of the summer Saturday with 217 football prospects in attendance.

While the majority of the athletes on hand were soon-to-be seniors and juniors, campers were also as young as middle school.
The camp saw two commitments for the Hokies in three-star TE Kyle Chung and three-star cornerback/wide receiver Brandon Facyson. Neither participated in the camp itself.
HokieHaven.com was on hand to break down the top athletes, which include a few Hokies fans should keep an eye on. The list does not include the prospects who did not participate in the camp, but were on hand to watch.
Performers listed below in no particular order.
College Prep World camp
6-1/196, Midlothian (Va.) Manchester
Fisher has muscle coming out of his eyeballs. The svelte safety gets better at each camp and with his impressive size, looks like he could be a big safety or a rover for the Hokies. His instincts and quickness are off the charts and he could easily move up in the next Rivals100 from his current No. 82 position.
DT Derrick Nnadi 2014
6-1/307, Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes
We didn't get his updated weight, but Nnadi looks to be slimmer and in better shape. He certainly moves more swiftly as a result of it. Good burst off the snap and an imposing frame make him an ideal get for next year's class.
ATH Cequan Jefferson
5-10/163, Richmond (Va.) Henrico
Jefferson is a jitterbug on defense, as fast as he is and as quick as he keeps those feet moving to stay with opposing receivers. He's great in man coverage and likes to be physical, which should fit in well at Virginia Tech.
OT Justin Evans
6-6/275, Florence (SC) Wilson
A "gentle giant" as his coaches call him, Evans can certainly get physical on the field, but calm and nice afterward. He's a physical force as an offensive lineman and is tough to move for opposing linemen. His footwork can improve, but he has an excellent frame and is certainly on Virginia Tech's watch list, already toting a Hokie offer.
LB Joe Blue 2014
6-0/235, Dillon (SC) Dillon
Blue is a little shorter in person than his listed height, but has a high motor. He wasn't able to show the Hokies coaches a lot after tweaking his groin in the morning during the 40-yard dash, but already holds a VT offer and said he couldn't sleep the night before because of his excitement.
6-2/175, Virginia Beach (Va.) Salem
With his Virginia Tech committed teammates, Bucky Hodges and Andrew Motuapuaka at the camp but on the sideline, Bowens showed off his blazing speed, with a 4.38 40-yard dash. Bowens, who flirted briefly with a West Virginia commitment, has declined to be interviewed, but is still in the mix with a number of schools.
6-8/299, Williamsburg (Va.) Warhill
Osterloh has picked up some size and bulk over the summer, gaining an inch and over 20 pounds to his big frame. Osterloh moved well in drills, is very aggressive and has a good motor. He'll add some very big size to the offensive line at Virginia Tech.
6-4/289, Lynchburg (Va.) Liberty Christian Academy
Pfaff has really improved on his footwork and motion since we last saw him at the Chesapeake Bowl selection camp in May. He's good with his hands, has a good frame and has a great attitude. Once he gets into the Hokies' strength and conditioning program, he could really be a force in a couple of years.
6-2/297, Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes
Unlike his teammate Nnadi, McGill has yet to claim a Hokies offer, though he has 10 others. A big, bruising lineman, McGill has good size and was tough for opposing linemen in one-on-ones to move. Yet to be seen if he'll gain a VT offer, but he'll be a good pickup for someone.
WR/CB Mike Jones
5-9/165, Baltimore (Md.) Milford Mill
What Jones lacks in height, he makes up for with his ultra-quick moves and bullet-like speed off the line. He's also not short on confidence, calling out VT commitments Fisher and Jefferson and holding his own. He had a move that really drew oohs and aahs on Jefferson with a series of cuts.
6-2/222, Richmond (Va.) Monacan
In the afternoon, Wingo-Reeves cast his lot at tight end and showed good hands. But if he's to gain an offer from VT, he might be better suited for defense, especially after Chung's commitment. Wingo-Reeves has shown steady improvement all summer, but still an unknown whether he's done enough to gain a full offer from the Hokies.
