On September 17, the Virginia Tech coaching staff extended an offer to 2023 athlete Jonathan Pennix, a three-star out of Concord (Va.) Appomattox County. Pennix is listed as a cornerback, but can play both sides of the ball. The 6-0, 175-pounder is closing in on a college decision on his birthday, October 13th.
