He'd be a banner recruit for any team.
Our Lady of Good Counsel (Md.) five-star cornerback Kendall Fuller has been at the top of Virginia Tech's wish list for a few years now.

Many observers have the Hokies as the team to beat, in part because his brothers, senior wide receiver Corey Fuller and junior cornerback Kyle Fuller are both at Virginia Tech.
The youngest Fuller, No. 4 in the Rivals100, last visited the Hokies unofficially for the team's spring game. Despite the rain out, he hung out with his brothers and got to see more of Virginia Tech.
Rivals.com analyst Mike Farrell caught up with Kendall recently to see where he stands in his recruitment. Fuller has an unofficial top four, but two are especially standing out.
