With 17 tackles against Georgia Tech, the sound linebacker was the star of the show, stopping the always difficult triple option time and time again. This match-up figures to be much easier this week, but if Monday was a sign of things to come, then watch out.
Never a big-play guy, he just makes the right ones, wrapping up the runner well. A fantastic start to his season, expect more of the same from the junior, who was ACC Linebacker of the Week.
The senior running back opened up his season with 10 carries for 104 yards, with a long of 68, which he took to the house. By far the top performer of the week for the Governors, he is going to have to have a big game for the Tennessee school to even have a glimmer of hope.
