Social media reaction: Tre Turner will wear Maroon and Orange

It may not have come as much surprise that four-star WR Tre Turner will play at Virginia Tech, but he's a huge piece of the future nonetheless. You can re-watch the commitment here.

There was plenty of excitement on the social media world - both from Virginia Tech's coaching staff and a few other interesting places...

This tweet is actually a couple weeks ago, but HokieHaven.com has confirmed that Turner is the "good one" that Holmon Wiggins reeled in May 17.

Five-star defensive end KJ Henry would be the biggest piece of the #NC2VT movement... and he and his mother were in the house to watch Turner commit to the Hokies. There will still be an uphill battle against a who's-who of national powers to land Henry, but picking up one of his close friends certainly can't hurt.

The only prior member of the movement now has a compatriot from his home state in the class...

DeJuan Ellis may end up throwing the ball to Turner or lining up next to him in the WR corps.
