Recruitment story
Savoy was offered in February, and it should come as no surprise for a player out of the DC area that they became one of his top choices. He took a few visits - primarily in the region, but also down to Miami (Fla.) - during the summer, but it was clear where his heart was.
He signed up during a solid run in late July, adding his name to the commitment list and his talent to the program.
Statistically speaking
Savoy caught passes for 949 receiving yards, added 320 rushing yards on the ground and combined those for 22 total touchdowns during his final high school campaign.
