Commitment No. 18 for Virginia Tech is a specialist: long-snapper Oscar Shadley.

A 6-2, 230-pounder out of Naples (Fla.) Golden Gate High School, Shadley is committed to snap in the Army All-American Game. Long-snapper guru Chris Rubio ranks him the No. 1 player at the position in the country. Shadley picked the Hokies over schoalrship offers from Oregon and Marshall.
