New Virginia Tech football offer: Mike Sainristil

Virginia Tech has offered Everett (Mass.) High 2019 wide receiver Mike Sainristil. Here's a quick look at him.

Boston College, Southern Miss

Boston College is the early leader for Sainristil, who maintains that his preference is to stay slightly closer to home. However, Virginia Tech made the offer after seeing him play Friday evening, and the benefits of playing in the ACC (where he'd be headed to away games twice in his career) are a positive there. Safeties coach Galen Scott is sure to put in the work building a relationship, and getting in the door early here should help the Hokies remain in the hunt.
