New Virginia Tech football offer: Marquis Wilson

Virginia Tech has offered Windsor (Conn.) Avon Old Farms 2019 cornerback Marquis Wilson. Here's a quick look at him.

Boston College, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Temple

Wilson reclassified from the 2018 class when he headed to Avon Old Farms, so he's a little more experienced than the average recruit. All of his offers, however, have come since joining the 2019 class. With safeties coach Galen Scott putting in the legwork in New England, there should be some dividends sooner or later (especially with a kid like Wilson, who already saw some schools before reclassifying).
