New Virginia Tech football offer: Kane Patterson

Virginia Tech has offered Nashville (Tenn.) Christ Presbyterian 2019 linebacker Kane Patterson. Here's a quick look at him.

Duke, Indiana, LSU, Louisville, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest

Patterson plans to take visits to as many of his college options as possible, and has already made trips around the Southeast and into the Carolinas. With an offer from the Hokies in hand, expect him to try to make a trip to Blacksburg (UVa, which also offered recently, could be a part of the same trip). Since VT is still pursuing at least one Class of 2018 linebacker, it may be a little too early to tell exactly where Patterson fits into the grand scheme for another few days.
