Virginia Tech has offered New Orleans McDonogh 2018 safety Joseph Foucha. Here's a quick look at the player.

This will be one of the first major tests of Virginia Tech's emphasis on expanding its recruiting area. While they've had success here and there (2017 commit Dalton Keene from Denver, for example), pulling a prospect out of SEC country - and particularly out of Louisiana - can be a tall task. Fortunately, Foucha has indicated that he's receptive to the Hokies, so as long as they keep attention on him, they should last in his recruitment.
