Virginia Tech has offered Milton (Ga.) 2019 safety Joseph Charleston. Here's a quick look at the player.

Alabama, Georgia, Vanderbilt, West Virginia

Charleston started picking up bigtime offers shortly after shining at the Rivals Camp in Atlanta, so it's impressive that just a few weeks laters he has some of the impressive opportunities that he does. VT is a bit of a geographic and conference outlier here, but he plans to see as much as he can before committing. That should mean at least one visit to Blacksburg, possibly as early as this Summer.
