New Virginia Tech football offer: Jordan Houston

Virginia Tech has offered Oakton (Va.) Flint Hill 2019 running back Jordan Houston. Here's a quick look at him.

Boston College, Old Dominion, Penn State, Tennessee

Houston was the only prospect to pick up an offer at Sunday's one-day prospect camp in Blacksburg. That indicates a couple things: first, he showed the initiative to make his way down to campus to earn the offer, and second, the staff has seen him in-person and had the chance to gauge both his talent and interest. Houston has connections to 2018 athlete commit DeJuan Ellis, which should also be a boost in the end. A 2019 running back group that looks pretty good for the Hokies' chances to land a pretty good player now has yet another good bullet in the chamber, as long as VT keeps the interest strong.
