New Virginia Tech football offer: Jaquaze Sorrells

Virginia Tech has offered Largo (Fla.) 2019 defensive tackle Jaquaze Sorrells. Here's a quick look at the player.

Florida (committed)

Sorrells is already committed to Florida, so naturally VT is looking at a major hurdle before they even have a serious chance to impress him. That said, The Hokies have also offered his 2017 teammate Bobby Roundtree - and stand a good chance to lure hm, wth a post-season official visit planned. If they can pull that recruitment off, the opportunity to not only get Sorrells to visit, but also flip from UF, takes a huge step forward. Should anything happen to his offer from the Gators, VT being the first program outside of Florida to offer should help, as well.
