New Virginia Tech football offer: Jaelyn Duncan

Virginia Tech has offered Owings (Md.) 2018 offensive lineman Jaelyn Duncan. Here's a quick look at the player.

Maryland, Penn State

Virginia Tech is in the game early, but a couple other programs that have done well in the DMV are already on the table for Duncan. This could be a battle with another school in its first year of a new coaching staff: Maryland has recruited well thus far under D.J. Durkin, but a bad year on the field could undermine that, especially if a program like VT is successful. There is plenty of time to go, and Duncan's opinions of college teams will change several times in the next year-plus.
