Coming in with an offer after the Badgers for a player who not only is from Wisconsin, but has visited multiple times and called UW his dream school is going to make Harbour's recruitment a tough one. Of course, VT has a connection in the form of Joe Rudolph, who was a crucial part of Wisconsin's development into an OL Factory, and is now hoping to do the same in Blacksburg. Harbour has shown a willingness to travel around the Midwest region and into the South, and the connection should give VT an opportunity to convince him to see campus. There will nonetheless be an uphill battle here.
