Virginia Tech has offered Buford (Ga.) 2019 running back Derrian Brown. Here's a quick look at the player.

Brown picked up the Virginia Tech offer during the process of an unofficial visit to campus (along with already-offered 2018 teammate Anthony Grant), so it's clear that there's some interest from his end off the top. VT has tried to become a major factor at Buford (and other Atlanta-area powerhouses), and this offer is both a product of that effort and opportunity to continue building its success. While there's a long way to go, and Brown will continue racking up bigtime offers, the Hokies will be in this one, and that's all you can ask.
