Virginia Tech has offered Rock Hill (S.C.) South Pointe 2018 wide receiver Derion Kendrick. Here's a quick look at the player.

Kendrick was invited to the Blacksburg Bash recruiting event Saturday, after which he picked up his offer from the Hokies. That means he's had a chance to be on campus, interact with the coaches, and see what Virginia Tech is all about. There will be stiff competition - including from both of his in-state schools down in the Palmetto State - but VT has done everything they can so far.
