New Virginia Tech football offer: Chris Akporoghene

Virginia Tech has offered IMG Academy 2019 offensive lineman Chris Akporoghene. Here’s a quick look at him.

Auburn, Florida, Georgia Tech, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Oregon, West Virginia

Originally from Tennessee, he’s picked up many of his offers not only since moving to IMG Academy, but also since last week’s Rivals Camp in Orlando. Virginia Tech is hardly in the door first, but the staff’s connections to his home state (and desire to recruit his new one) could help have a better shot with him. VT needs to get him on campus this Summer, but could make major moves at that time.
