Virginia Tech has offered Clearwater (Fla.) Central Catholic 2018 athlete Amari Burney. Here's a quick look at the player.

Burney is one of the nation's most coveted prospects, so pulling him will be tough. Florida and Michigan seem to lead the way, but VT will push to bring him on campus for a visit this fall, with a chance to make up ground. Continued success in Florida can only help the Hokies' chances.
