New Virginia Tech basketball offer: Wynston Tabbs

Virginia Tech has offered Leonardtown (Md.) St. Mary Ryken 2018 shooting guard Wynston Tabbs. Here's a quick look at him.

Cincinnati, Clemson, Penn State, Rutgers, St. John's, UNC Greensboro, USF

Tabbs is starting to see some favorites emerge in his recruitment, but given that they're the likes of perennially tournament-less Penn State and Rutgers, the Hokies should be able to make up ground quickly. He doesn't have any specific summer plans, but would like to see some of the schools that have entered the mix recently. That should include Virginia Tech, one of the closer-to-home options for the Baltimore-area player.
