New Virginia Tech basketball offer: Noah Locke

Virginia Tech has offered Owings Mills (Md.) McDonogh 2018 guard Noah Locke. Here's a quick look at the player.

Locke plans to narrow a list near the end of the Summer and make his college commitment in time for the early signing period in November. That gives the Hokies plenty of time to get him on campus, especially given his proximity to Blacksburg in the DMV area. VT has traditionally done well recruiting the region (in multiple sports), and although the football coaches just lost a commitment from Locke's school in DeJuan Ellis, that shouldn't hinder their ability to convince Locke to take a long look.
