New Virginia Tech basketball offer: Jalen Wilson

Virginia Tech has offered Denton (Texas) Guyer 2019 forward Jalen Wilson. Here's a quick look at him.

It's relatively early in the recruiting process for Wilson, even though he has put up great performances from his junior high school season to now. Schools are just starting to take notice, and Virginia Tech is one of the first major out-of-region programs to join the trigger. VT's connections to Texas (through head coach and Texan Buzz Williams, as well as fellow Dallas natives in the LeDays) could help in the long run, though getting him on a campus visit is even more important for an out-of-region product.
