Henry Coleman decision an inflection point for Hokie Hoops
No single recruit can make or break a college hoops program. Certainly there are game-changers, but basketball is an inherently collaborative effort.
Even LeBron James could only do so much by himself (just ask the Lakers!), so it's fair to say that missing on a single player has a limit to how much it can hurt a program. When it comes to not only on-court performance but also perception, though, in-state power forward Henry Coleman could be as important as it gets for Virginia Tech.
