Garbutt Commits To VT

For all the qualms and gripes by Virginia Tech fans about the finish to the 2016 recruiting class, the Hokies responded in a big-time way.

And it took just three days.

While on a visit to Virginia Tech for junior day, Riverbend (Va.) four-star defensive end Tyjuan Garbutt gave the Hokies his commitment. Garbutt is ranked No. 190 in the 2017 Rivals250, the No. 6 weakside defensive end in the class and No. 6 player in Virginia.
