Virginia Tech's hot June on the recruiting trail wrapped up on the month's final day with Highland Springs (Va.) cornerback Noah Jenkins.

A three-star ranked the No. 11 rising senior in the Commonwealth and No. 70 cornerback nationally, he was a huge addition from a talent and perception standpoint. But what will he actually bring? We go to the film to find out.
