Dylan Rivers is a Hokie

A longtime Penn State commit will instead sign with his home-state school. Stephens City (Va.) Sherando four-star linebacker Dylan Rivers today announced his flip to the Hokies.

The 6-3, 220-pound Rivers is a four-star just outside the Rivals250. He is the No. 13 inside linebacker and No. 13 Virginia native in the 2017 recruiting class. He is the 24th commitment in the class, and with his pledge, the Hokies climb to No. 26 nationally in the team rankings.
