Four-star junior QB high on Terps

Washington (D.C.) St. John's College quarterback William Ulmer recently finished off a stellar junior season where he threw for 1,100 yards, rushed for 1,300 more and totaled 23 touchdowns, while leading his team to the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference semifinals. His campaign ended with a loss to state power Good Counsel, but Ulmer still felt good about his year, which saw him earn him all-conference honors and a four-star rating on Rivals.
