Now, we want to hear about your first trip.

Now through Aug. 3, HokieHaven.com is holding a contest to see who has the best story of their first trip.

Here's how it works: Send us your story, 750 words or less. Tell us the details, what stood out, what you ate, where you sat, how you got there, etc. Then, starting the final week of July vote on which story aside from your own is the best.

We'll run the top five most voted on stories during the first week of August and ask you to vote again out of the five finalists.

The five finalists who are subscribers will win some great prizes. We'll award a prize to the top non-subscriber submission as well.
