From the moment Lake Taylor (Norfolk, Va.) linebacker Mike Privott became the first verbal commitment in the class of 2009 for Louisville, he made it clear that he wanted to make an immediate impact when he arrived on campus.

The 6-foot, 233-pound prospect, who was rated as a three-star player in high school, will graduate from Lake Taylor in an official ceremony on June 16, but his work is almost complete. "I have one more week of high school and then I'll be done. I'm finishing my last math class and I'll be ready to graduate," said Privott, who will be cleared to play immediately as a college freshman.
