UCLA stayed fairly close to Arizona in the first half but once again, played a poor second half and lost to the Wildcats by eleven, 85 to 74. UCLA faced a man to man zone, Arizona's usual defense, and faded away in the second half, shooting only 38 percent to Arizona's 66 percent and that was the tale of the game.
