The UCLA basketball program is entering a critical period that will be determinative in charting the course of the program for the next several years. Coming off a shocking losing 14-18 season, the Bruins must start signing some top players who will turn the team around. The players coming in this year will help, but will probably not be enough to make the next season much better than the last one.
